2. Products We offer premium baby and toddler clothing, blankets, bib sets, and gift hampers. We make every effort to display product colours and sizes accurately; however, actual colours may vary slightly due to screen settings. Size charts are provided as a guide — please refer to them before purchasing.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept payments via Razorpay (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking) and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Cancellations Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellations may be requested within 24 hours by contacting us. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping & Delivery Orders are shipped via our logistics partner, Shiprocket. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and may vary based on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.
