Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

• Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days
• Express Delivery: 2–3 business days (where available)

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹999
• Orders below ₹999: flat ₹79 shipping fee

Shipping Partners We ship across India via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, and Blue Dart.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also track your order at sumixbabywear.com/pages/orders.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support@sumixbabywear.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will resolve it promptly.
