Return & Exchange Policy

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact
  • The request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear, socks, gift boxes, hygiene-sensitive items, and accessories
  • Sale or discounted products
  • Customized or made-to-order products

Accepted Reasons for Return

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Size issue (exchange only)

Note: Minor color variation is not considered a defect.

Return Process

  • Contact us via email or phone to initiate a return.
  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Pickup or return instructions will be arranged by our team.

Return Shipping Charges

  • Free for defective or wrong items.
  • Customer pays for size exchanges or other returns.

Refund Policy

When Refunds Are Offered

Refunds are offered only if:

  • You received a damaged item, or
  • You received the wrong item

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the quality check of the returned item.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method.
  • If the original method is unavailable, refunds will be issued as store credit valid for 6 months.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Method (COD Orders)

  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Partial Refunds

  • Returns with used or damaged items may receive a partial or no refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Innerwear, sleepwear, and personal care items
  • Accessories
  • Items damaged by the customer
  • Products purchased during sales or under promotional offers

Warranty

  • Warranty claims are accepted up to 6 months from date of delivery.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping on warranty claims.
  • After inspection, the item will be replaced or refunded if applicable.
