Return & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Return/Exchange
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- Original tags, packaging, and invoice are intact
- The request is raised within 7 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear, socks, gift boxes, hygiene-sensitive items, and accessories
- Sale or discounted products
- Customized or made-to-order products
Accepted Reasons for Return
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect
- Size issue (exchange only)
Note: Minor color variation is not considered a defect.
Return Process
- Contact us via email or phone to initiate a return.
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Pickup or return instructions will be arranged by our team.
Return Shipping Charges
- Free for defective or wrong items.
- Customer pays for size exchanges or other returns.
Refund Policy
When Refunds Are Offered
Refunds are offered only if:
- You received a damaged item, or
- You received the wrong item
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after the quality check of the returned item.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
- If the original method is unavailable, refunds will be issued as store credit valid for 6 months.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Method (COD Orders)
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are processed via bank transfer or store credit.
Partial Refunds
- Returns with used or damaged items may receive a partial or no refund.
Non-Refundable Items
- Innerwear, sleepwear, and personal care items
- Accessories
- Items damaged by the customer
- Products purchased during sales or under promotional offers
Warranty
- Warranty claims are accepted up to 6 months from date of delivery.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping on warranty claims.
- After inspection, the item will be replaced or refunded if applicable.
